    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Downhole Tool Assistant is responsible for the coordination, performance, QAQC and execution of Fortress processes and procedures related to the Downhole Tool product line. The Downhole Tool Assistant is responsible for ensuring that the quality of the Fortress supplied products meets or exceeds the customer’s requirements and maintains the standard of excellence established by Fortress Downhole Tools.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<p>· Work closely with customer field representatives to effectively coordinate and execute Cyclops Setting Tool pickup and delivery to customer field locations</p>\n<p>· Wash, tear down &amp; rebuild Fortress Cyclops Setting Tools per the applicable Fortress Work Instructions under strict Supervision</p>\n<p>· Report all steps of the Fortress Cyclops Recycling Program through iFortress software with supervision</p>\n<p>· Ensures all necessary equipment and tools are available and adequately maintained to perform all aspects of the job</p>\n<p>· Assist in delivery and pickup of tools as needed.</p>\n<p>· Maintains the highest level of professionalism and works with honesty and integrity</p>\n<p>· Any other duty, responsibility, or task as assigned by supervisor</p>\n<p>Skills Required:</p>\n<p>· Downhole tool experience</p>\n<p>· Self-motivated and detail oriented</p>\n<p>· Available to work weekends and holidays as needed to support customer field operations</p>\n<p>· Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication, and operational management skills</p>\n<p>· Working knowledge of Windows 10 OS, Microsoft Office, and Prophet 21 ERP</p>\n<p>· Forklift training</p>\n<p>· Proficiency with basic hand tools</p>\n<p>· Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.</p>\n<p>· Clean driving record; CDL is a plus; ability to pass a drug screen and background check.</p>",
