The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the project schedule and Capacity Overview ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones across all phases of the construction project.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Electrical</span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Construction Project Scheduler</span> will collaborate with Superintendents, Foremen, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the project schedule stays updated and the project stays on track. This is a key position in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from start to finish. This position requires travel for extended periods of time to our onsite location.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Major Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop and maintain project schedules by creating, updating, and managing the overall project schedule ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate with project teams &amp; work closely with Superintendents, Foremen, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that work is completed on time and that project milestones are met.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor progress with the ability to track project activities and progress, identifying potential delays or issues that may affect the schedule.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Cleary communicate and document changes with Project Team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate schedule changes due to scope modifications or unforeseen events. Update project timelines and communicate changes to all relevant stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify, document, and communicate delays and their impact on project deadlines. Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work closely with the project teams to ensure the project schedule stays updated based the General Contractor’s schedule and actual on-site conditions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project schedules, Capacity Overview, change management, and timely team notification.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Actively contributes to a positive team environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrates dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction scheduling or project coordination, preferably in a construction or contracting environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or similar).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and communicate clearly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Problem-solving skills and ability to manage challenges proactively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or related certification (preferred but not required).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This full-time <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Electrical Construction Project Scheduler </span>position receives a competitive salary commensurate with experience and position responsibilities.
