      "text": "POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:",
      "content": "\n<li>During the daily 9-hour shift, supervise all aspects of production,&nbsp;ensuring appropriate Health and Safety controls and Good Manufacturing Practices</li>\n<li>Manage efficiencies, monitor quality, and minimize production costs</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot problems and proactively prevent or minimize issues</li>\n<li>Provide timely coaching, feedback, and support to team leaders and production workers in a constructive and respectful manner</li>\n<li>Train, coach, develop, and evaluate the performance of production staff</li>\n<li>Liaise extensively on the production floor in order to build commitment and foster open communication between all parties</li>\n<li>Supervise and train crews, including planning manpower and work organization, and managing absenteeism and conflict.</li>\n<li>Participate and lead others through the Root Cause analysis process</li>\n<li>Administer appropriate coaching, provide leadership guidance, and continually develop employees in accordance with the needs of the department.</li>\n<li>Implement a continuous improvement philosophy in all areas of operation.</li>\n<li>Participate in JHSC initiatives and follow established policies as outlined in the Health and Safety policies.</li>\n<li>Supports the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all Quality Systems.</li>\n<li>Assist with production requirements and perform other relevant duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li>\n"

      "text": "REQUIRED SKILL, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:",
      "content": "\n<li>Proven leadership, team building, and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, co-workers, and Managers.</li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written as well as effective communication skills to lead, motivate, coach, mentor, and resolve employee conflict.</li>\n<li>Ability to accurately maintain detailed records.</li>\n<li>Strong safety focus.</li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n<li>Have 3+ years of leadership or Supervisory experience.</li>\n<li>Have 2+ years of experience in the food industry.</li>\n<li>Be able to work independently, as well as being a strong team player with good analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Possession of a Diploma or post-secondary education</li>\n<li>Reasonable mechanical aptitude</li>\n<li>Intermediate Computer Skills in Microsoft Office (such as Word, excel, outlook, charting, and graphing).</li>\n<li>Able and willing to work weekend OT when required</li>\n<li>Ability to assess and prioritize</li>\n<li>Ability to manage change and to react quickly to rapid turn-around requirements</li>\n<li>Desire for continuous improvement individually and for the overall business</li>\n"
