We specialize in helping critically ill patients breathe, speak, eat, walk and think as independently as possible.</p>\n<p>Our hospital also offers medical rehabilitation through Select Medical Rehabilitation, a 32-bed acute rehabilitation unit. The unit is designed to meet an individual’s rehabilitation needs and goals through a range of programs and services.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Start Strong:</strong> Extensive orientation program to ensure a smooth transition into our setting.</li>\n <li><strong>Opportunity for Advancement: </strong>Demonstrate your skills and dedication which could lead to potential full-time opportunities</li>\n <li><strong>Foster Well-being: </strong>We offer benefits which support the financial, work/life and emotional well-being of you and your family members.  <strong>Part time/Per Diem</strong> positions are eligible for 401k based on reaching 1,000 hours within their first anniversary or subsequent calendar year. </li>\n <li><strong>Your Impact Matters:</strong> Join a team of over 44,000 committed to providing exceptional patient care</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>As the Pharmacist, you will be responsible for having a working knowledge of all areas of pharmaceutical services including drug distribution systems, central operations and IV admixture.</li>\n <li>Providing clinical support of the hospital pharmacy function in a fast paced environment.</li>\n <li>Maintaining adequate drug supplies at the pharmacy at all times.</li>\n <li>Correctly informing and instructing patients on any drugs to be used after they are discharged.</li>\n <li>Developing and participating in new employee training and education programs.</li>\n <li>Participating in patient drug therapy monitoring.</li>\n <li>Promoting an environment of continuous quality improvement.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Minimum Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Requires successful completion of all educational requirements as mandated for state licensure.</li>\n <li>Current State licensure required.</li>\n <li>BLS if required by State.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Pharm D or BS Pharm plus advanced degree or completion of hospital pharmacy residency.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans</em></p>",
