This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining plant equipment, ensuring safe and efficient production, and responding to operational issues as they arise. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor and operate plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production</li>\n <li>Perform routine inspections, readings, and data logging of equipment and systems</li>\n <li>Identify and troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when necessary</li>\n <li>Assist with start-up, shutdown, and normal plant operations</li>\n <li>Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and company policies</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding plant conditions</li>\n <li>Perform basic maintenance tasks and coordinate with maintenance teams as needed</li>\n <li>Keep accurate logs and reports of plant performance and incidents</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent required.</li>\n <li>2+ yrs. of Plant Operator experience required (gas plant, processing plant, or similar).  with ability to read P&ID's, knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures, and a strong work ethic. </li>\n <li>Cryogenic processing experience preferred but not required.</li>\n <li>DCS experience highly preferred. </li>\n <li>Basic understanding of plant equipment, systems, and operations</li>\n <li>Ability to troubleshoot and respond to changing conditions</li>\n <li>Strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures</li>\n <li>Must meet conditional job offer requirements.</li>\n</ul>",
