    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Lead Modular Installer is a senior-level specialist responsible for executing complex modular furniture installations with precision and professionalism. This role requires advanced technical expertise in interpreting system furniture layouts, modifying configurations, and integrating electrical, phone, and data components. Leads on-site installation efforts, including troubleshooting and ensuring quality standards are met across all phases of the project. </p>\n<p>In addition to technical execution, the lead Installer serves as a mentor and crew lead, providing guidance and hands-on training to Installer I and II team members. This role supports crew coordination, fosters skill development, and promotes a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Disassemble and reassemble all types of standard office furniture and conference tables. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Modify system furniture layouts and advise clients on configuration options. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Gang and level file cabinets to ensure proper alignment and stability. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Troubleshoot electrical, phone, and data connections within modular systems. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Read and interpret customer CAD prints and system furniture diagrams. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Document existing furniture layouts using placard drawings. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Install wall-mounted items including whiteboards, corkboards, and TVs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assess and apply appropriate mounting hardware based on weight and surface type.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead installation crews of up to 8 team members. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Mentor and train Installer I and II team members. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 9 months as Modular Installer with completion of level II certification </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work independently and follow layout instructions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Physical capability to lift and maneuver furniture components. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in reading CAD prints and system furniture layouts. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced knowledge of modular furniture systems and power integration. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Leadership experience in crew coordination and training.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and client communication skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to read, write, speak, and understand English </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About</h2>\n<p><strong>About JK Moving Services</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As the largest independent mover in North America, JK delivers superior relocation and logistics services to military service members, government agencies, large corporations, businesses and homeowners around the world….and the list goes on!
