Technical Director

Attain Sports owns and manages four baseball teams: the Baltimore Orioles Double-A affiliate Chesapeake Baysox , the Baltimore Orioles High-A affiliate Frederick Keys , the MLB Draft League Aberdeen IronBirds , and the Atlantic League Professional Baseball Club Spire City Ghost Hounds . Additionally, Attain Sports is an owner of the United Soccer League (USL) Championship Club Loudoun United FC . Position Type: Seasonal This position reports to the Director of Creative Services to produce video production output for stadium videoboard and/or social media streaming. Job Responsibilities Responsible for managing the TV production switcher for stadium videoboard Responsible for communicating with hand-held camera operator Responsible for managing videoboard controller for stadium production, graphics overlays and other in-game effects for the videoboard Assist in setting up, using and striking any gameday equipment as needed Flexibility for non-gameday events for in-house production including but not limited to video, audio, camera, and social media streaming operation. Qualifications 2 year min of Adobe Creative Suite, Apple Final Cut, Apple Motion or equivalent experience preferred 1-2 years experience / training with various video production equipment (video cameras, switchers, etc) preferred Knowledge of Daktronics software (Show Control), Propresenter software is a bonus Knowledge of baseball rules a must Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
