          "text": "<ul><li><strong>Pay: $46-$48/hr</strong> (based on experience) +<strong> year end bonus</strong></li><li><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday – Friday 7:00am-5:30pm (schedule can vary)</li></ul><p>We are seeking a hands-on <strong>Maintenance Supervisor</strong> to lead maintenance operations at our <strong>Douglassville, PA</strong> facility. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and leading a skilled team of industrial maintenance technicians.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:&#xa0; </strong></p><ul><li>Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs across all shifts.</li><li>Plan and schedule maintenance activities through work order system.</li><li>Plan and lead maintenance teams and external vendors during plant shutdowns and equipment installations.</li><li>Train maintenance personnel, ensuring that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, LOTO, and company policies.</li><li>Lead breakdown response efforts and prioritize critical repairs to minimize downtime.</li><li>Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance supply needs.</li><li>Connect to PLCs and VFDs using laptop software to identify faults, monitor inputs/outputs, and support production troubleshooting.</li><li>Perform root cause analysis on recurring mechanical and electrical failures.</li><li>Support welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed.</li><li>Manage and oversee outside contractors, vendors, and service providers performing work onsite.</li><li>Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.</li></ul>",
