    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Support customer order redirection to alternate, superseding, or available SKUs during shortages or lifecycle </li>\n <li>Collect, organize, and implement store feedback pertaining to stocking levels and assortment plans.</li>\n <li>Support inventory planning to meet service level and fill-rate targets. </li>\n <li>Translate demand signals into inventory plans considering lead times and variability. </li>\n <li>Maintain and optimize safety stock, reorder points, and planning parameters. </li>\n <li>Perform root cause analysis for stock-outs and service failures.</li>\n <li>Assist SKU lifecycle planning, including phase-in and phase-out execution, supersessions, and depletion strategies to minimize E&O exposure.</li>\n <li>Monitor and improve inventory health KPIs (availability, backorders, E&O, turns). </li>\n <li>Conduct regular inventory target reviews and drive corrective actions to close gaps against service and inventory </li>\n <li>Support new part introductions, supersessions, and lifecycle management.</li>\n <li>Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for inventory performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Any Bachelor’s (Inventory Planning certification preferred). </li>\n <li>6–10 years of experience in Inventory Planning / Materials Planning, preferably in Aftermarket or Service Parts. </li>\n <li>Strong understanding of MRP and inventory planning concepts. </li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with SAP (MM) or similar systems. </li>\n <li>Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency. </li>\n</ul>",
