The GT Teacher creates a learning environment that fosters critical thinking, creativity, and intellectual curiosity while ensuring the academic and emotional needs of high-achieving learners are met.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Design and implement instructional strategies that meet the unique needs of gifted learners in accordance with district, state, and national standards.</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Differentiate curriculum and instruction to provide depth, complexity, and challenge for GT scholars.</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Collaborate with classroom teachers to support the integration of GT best practices into general education settings.</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Develop and facilitate independent projects, inquiry-based learning, and problem-solving activities.</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
