    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 9pt;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">This 2nd shift Mix Trainee will support the Processing Department in the preparation and processing of product mixes used in production. This role is responsible for assisting with pasteurization systems, cleaning and sanitation processes, raw material receiving, equipment operation, and documentation to ensure product quality and food safety standards are maintained. The Mix Trainee will participate in required technical and safety training while developing the skills necessary to operate mix room systems independently.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15pt;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"color: black; margin-bottom: 9pt;\"><span>Set up and operate High Temperature Short Time (HTST) pasteurization systems and maintain required pasteurization charts.</span></li><li style=\"color: black; margin-bottom: 9pt;\"><span>Disassemble and reassemble HTST systems for required press inspections and assist inspectors during inspections.</span></li><li style=\"color: black; margin-bottom: 9pt;\"><span>Set up presses, batchers, and blenders for sanitation and cleaning processes.</span></li><li style=\"color: black; margin-bottom: 9pt;\"><span>Perform long wash procedures on press systems and monitor alkali and acid levels.</span></li><li style=\"color: black; margin-bottom: 9pt;\"><span>Receive and unload tankers and railcars containing raw ingredients such as milk, cream, and sugar.</span></li><li style=\"color: black; margin-bottom: 9pt;\"><span>Receive and unload powder delivery trucks.</span></li><li style=\"color: black; margin-bottom: 9pt;\"><span>Operate Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems for washing lines and tanks.</span></li><li style=\"color: black; margin-bottom: 9pt;\"><span>Wash and sanitize raw tanks, silos, and trucks while monitoring chemical levels for cleaning and sanitizing solutions.</span></li><li style=\"color: black; margin-bottom: 9pt;\"><span>Maintain all charts and documentation related to mix department operations, including HTST and CIP charts.</span></li><li style=\"color: black; margin-bottom: 9pt;\"><span>Maintain housekeeping and sanitation standards in the mix room and surrounding areas.</span></li><li style=\"color: black; margin-bottom: 9pt;\"><span>Perform routine maintenance activities such as repacking homogenizers, disassembling HTST systems, and rebuilding pumps.</span></li><li style=\"color: black; margin-bottom: 9pt;\"><span>Prepare mix according to established formulas while maintaining quality standards.</span></li><li style=\"color: black; margin-bottom: 9pt;\"><span>Wash and sanitize all mix room circuits including receiving lines, rerun/cream lines, batchers, blenders, raw lines, and mix lines.</span></li><li style=\"color: black; margin-bottom: 9pt;\"><span>Maintain accurate paperwork and operational documentation for the Mix Department.</span></li><li style=\"color: black; margin-bottom: 9pt;\"><span>Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.</span></li><li style=\"color: black; margin-bottom: 9pt;\"><span>Perform other duties as assigned.</span></li></ul><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 9pt;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Employees in this role must successfully complete required training including:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"color: black; margin-bottom: 9pt;\"><span>HTST Operator Certification</span></li><li style=\"color: black; margin-bottom: 9pt;\"><span>Sanitation and chemical handling training</span></li><li style=\"color: black; margin-bottom: 9pt;\"><span>Confined Space Entry training</span></li><li style=\"color: black; margin-bottom: 9pt;\"><span>Lockout/Tagout safety training</span></li><li style=\"color: black; margin-bottom: 9pt;\"><span>Understanding and proper use of Safety Data Sheets (SDS)</span></li></ul><p style=\"direction: ltr; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: left; text-indent: 0in; unicode-bidi: embed; word-break: normal;\">The base pay range for this position is $24.92 per hour, plus night shift premium of $1.25.&nbsp; Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.&nbsp; This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.</p><p style=\"direction: ltr; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: left; text-indent: 0in; unicode-bidi: embed; word-break: normal;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"direction: ltr; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: left; text-indent: 0in; unicode-bidi: embed; word-break: normal;\">#IND123</p><p style=\"direction: ltr; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: left; text-indent: 0in; unicode-bidi: embed; word-break: normal;\">#LI-BA1</p>",
