Job Title:  Learning and Development Specialist Location:  Eastwood City, Libis (Hybrid) Schedule:  Midshift About the Role We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist who is passionate about building people, not just programs. This role goes beyond traditional training—you will play a key part in shaping how employees experience growth, starting from their very first day in the organization. You will lead onboarding as a coaching-driven experience, ensuring new hires feel guided, supported, and set up for success. At the same time, you will partner closely with business leaders to identify capability gaps and design impactful learning solutions across the organization. This role offers a strong balance of mentorship and autonomy—you will have the guidance of senior leadership while having full creative ownership of L&D initiatives.
