          "text": "<p>Tessenderlo Kerley is seeking an Operator who will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our new manufacturing plant in Defiance, Ohio. If you are enthusiastic about being a part of a great team and contributing to growing our business at our newest site, we encourage you to explore this exciting opportunity!</p><p><strong><u>What you will do:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Load&#xa0;and unload&#xa0;trucks and railcars in accordance with Tessenderlo Kerley&#xa0;policy and OSHA, EPA, HM-126, BOE&#xa0;and DOT regulations.</li><li>Read&#xa0;and record&#xa0;local instrumentation.</li><li>Obtain&#xa0;and analyze&#xa0;product samples to ensure product quality.</li><li>Contain, clean up, package&#xa0;and label&#xa0;Hazardous Waste according to HAZWOPER training and OSHA, EPA, RCRA, HM-126&#xa0;and DOT regulations.</li><li>Outside operation of manual valves and equipment.</li><li>Assist the A operator in troubleshooting and correcting irregularities with the process and process equipment.</li><li>Participate in the plant safety program, which includes&#xa0;presenting and attending required safety meetings, reporting potential hazards, and performing monthly safety inspections.</li><li>Routinely inspect&#xa0;vessels and equipment to prevent equipment failure or damage.</li><li>Maintain plant property in a clean and orderly fashion.</li><li>Assist in plant projects, including maintenance, turn-around, lock out/tag out&#xa0;and confined space entries.</li><li>Perform new facility startup activities, which includes P&amp;ID walk-down/red-line as built drawings, equipment and piping hydro-testing, and preparing equipment for service when turned over to operations.</li><li>Assist with process area setup and organization.</li><li>Assist with valve tagging, pipe labeling, sign installation&#xa0;and safety related painting.</li><li>Transload incoming product railcars to bulk truck for customer delivery until terminal is functional and in operation.</li><li>Assist with development of plant operating procedures.</li><li>Support the A operator in submitting maintenance orders.</li><li>Utilize plant equipment to clear snow and remove ice during inclement weather.</li><li>Train closely with the A operator to learn the process.</li><li>Assist with the execution of turnaround maintenance activities.</li><li>Monitor activities of contract personnel to ensure safe work practices are implemented.</li><li>Maintain all plant areas in a clean and organized manner.</li><li>Obtain, analyze&#xa0;and prepare for shipment process and storage product samples.</li><li>Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by management.</li></ul>",
