You will ensure filters are suitable for shipment. You will use your hands and machines to do the job with great precision.</p><p>You must possess great attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions with precision is extremely important.</p><p>This role will report to the Warehouse Supervisor at our Avenel, New Jersey location <strong>Friday through Monday, 6:30 am - 5:00 pm.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures.</li><li>Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process.</li><li>Take precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of components.</li><li>Scan and sort outgoing stock.</li><li>Prepare orders by processing requests; pulling materials; packing boxes; loading orders into trucks.</li><li>Maintain equipment in good condition.</li><li>Report on issues, malfunction, or defective parts.</li><li>Strong sense of time management and urgency.</li><li>Working collaboratively with other members and independently.</li><li>Continuously improving skills and knowledge of shipping processes.</li><li>Ensure a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, packing area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.</li><li>Other tasks as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Required skills and qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience in warehouse work preferred.</li><li>Ability to use tools and machines.</li><li>Good understanding of quality control principles.</li><li>Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.</li><li>Excellent time-management skills.</li><li>Willing and able to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.</li><li>Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear).</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Teamwork and communication skills.</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Prolonged periods working on feet (10-hr shifts) and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent grasping, bending, walking, reaching, twisting, and pivoting.</li><li>Consistently stretch/ reach with both hands and arms.</li><li>Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and box filters.</li><li>Ability to bend, squat, and lift frequently.</li><li>Lift up to 40 pounds, frequently.</li><li>The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.</li></ul><p>This job description is not all-encompassing; however, it is intended to be a general description of the responsibilities of this position.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Company Overview</strong></p><p>We are a leading ecommerce company with a mission to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences.
