    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Financial Systems Lead to provide technical leadership and operational ownership of enterprise financial systems supporting the Finance organization. This role is accountable for day‑to‑day system stability, integrations, data flows, governance, and optimization of Oracle financial platforms while overseeing an outsourced support model.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>A core focus of this role is ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM platforms (including EDM, EPBCS, EPMCS, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, etc.), serving as the technical subject matter expert across support operations and strategic initiatives. The role partners closely with the Accounting and FP&A teams to align Finance requirements with enterprise technology standards, system architecture, and long‑term roadmaps.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The role will also play an essential role in roadmap development, system governance, integration, configuration, trouble-shooting, upgrades, controls, reporting, and alignment of Finance requirements with Engineering & Technology (ET) teams.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Location(s): Charlotte, NC</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Own day‑to‑day operational support of Oracle financial systems, including user access, security roles, configuration changes, and functional maintenance.</li>\n <li>Oversee and coordinate outsourced support resources, ensuring accountability, SLA adherence, and effective resolution of BAU items and service tickets.</li>\n <li>Translate Finance business requirements into technical specifications and maintain run books and system documentation for ongoing operations.</li>\n <li>Support the development and execution of a strategic roadmap for Oracle ERP and EPM platforms, ensuring scalability, stability, and alignment with Finance and enterprise objectives.</li>\n <li>Partner with ET teams and Finance teams to plan, test, and deploy Oracle quarterly patches, upgrades, and releases, ensuring minimal operational disruption.</li>\n <li>Design, develop, and maintain integrations and data feeds between Oracle and third‑party platforms (e.g., Concur, Revenue Manager (Redi2), TPRM, CounselLink).</li>\n <li>Manage and support ETL processes and inter‑module data flows across Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM environments.</li>\n <li>Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data feed and reconciliation issues between Oracle modules and downstream reporting systems, leading and executing on action items.</li>\n <li>Partner with Accounting and FP&A to improve data availability, reporting accuracy, configuration effectiveness, and analytical capabilities across Oracle and related tools.</li>\n <li>Oversee Development, Test, and Production environments, ensuring system availability, data integrity, and adherence to enterprise and industry standards.</li>\n <li>Manage backup, recovery, and data validation processes, including reporting to confirm data completeness and accuracy.</li>\n <li>Enforce change management, documentation standards, and design compliance with ET policies and Allspring Enterprise Architecture.</li>\n <li>Review and monitor license usage, system access, and security roles to ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.</li>\n <li>Maintain relationships with Oracle and other vendors, managing license compliance, renewals, and support engagements.</li>\n <li>Act as a trusted technical advisor to Finance leadership, Accounting, FP&A, and ET partners.</li>\n <li>Provide transparency into system health, work prioritization, and delivery progress.</li>\n <li>Support training, knowledge transfer, and adoption to strengthen system utilization across Finance and technical teams.</li>\n <li>Report directly to the Head of Finance / Distribution / Marketing Systems, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting financial systems within a corporate Finance or IT environment.</li>\n <li>Hands-on technical expertise with Oracle financial applications, including Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM (EPBCS, EDM, and EPCM). Experience supporting Oracle Cloud upgrades, quarterly patches, integrations, and production environments.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of financial reporting, analytics solutions, and integrations with external reporting platforms.</li>\n <li>Some experience with PeopleSoft Financials, particularly in environments undergoing system transitions or integrations is a plus.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of financial processes and how technology can optimize accounting, reporting, and analytics workflows.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to work with business areas to implement continuous improvement projects, leveraging technology and updating processes drives efficiencies.</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues and identify opportunities for optimization.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for Finance partners and business needs for technical teams.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.</li>\n <li>Remain in stationary position for prolonged periods of time</li>\n <li>Operate computer programs and software</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats</li>\n <li>Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or public)</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation</h2>\n<p>Base Pay Range: $135,000 - $150,000</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Disclosure</h2>\n<p>We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
