This role will oversee production and manufacturing activities supporting the company’s engine and generator packaging business.</p><p>The VP will serve as the operational leader for the Houston site and will be responsible for scaling production operations, improving manufacturing efficiency, strengthening quality systems, and building a highly disciplined manufacturing organization capable of supporting rapid expansion.&nbsp;</p><p>This is a highly visible and business-critical leadership role requiring an individual who can operate effectively at every level of the organization, &nbsp;from executive leadership discussions focused on strategy, scalability, operational metrics, and financial performance, to direct engagement with shop floor teams driving execution, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
