Come, stay, and grow with us.</p>\n<h2>What Drives Success</h2>\n<p>The Dynatite Machine Operator’s primary function are to ensure the assembly of various parts while using machines.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<li>Assembling a variety of parts to Duro Dyne specifications.</li>\n<li>Operate assembly fixtures such as: JDS/JD assembly machine, Riveter, Bracket Machines, small presses, & Crimper Machine.</li>\n<li>Hand packaging of small kits and parts.</li>\n<li>Operate small hand tools.</li>\n<li>Inspection of material as it is being fabricated.</li>\n<li>Notify the supervisor when a machine is not working properly.</li>\n<li>Reporting incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections.</li>\n<li>Notify the supervisor if plating is poor.</li>\n<li>Record daily production and maintain production quotas on Duro Dyne forms.</li>\n<li>Load any and all raw materials as needed.</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n<h2>What We Are Looking For</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Skills & Abilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic math skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Must be flexible – OT and weekends are required as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Education </u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Experience </u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1-2 years manufacturing or assembly experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Physical Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to read/write in English.</li>\n <li>Must be in good physical condition.</li>\n <li>Must have good eye/hand coordination.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift 25 to 30 lbs routinely.</li>\n <li>Must be able to stand and/or bend for long periods of time (Varied based on daily tasks)</li>\n <li>Use of one or both feet or legs to move controls on machinery or equipment. Controls include, but are not limited to, pedals, buttons, levers, and cranks.</li>\n <li>Holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with the hand(s). Note: Fingers are involved only to the extent that they are an extension of the hand to hold or operate a tool such as pliers.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Compensation: </strong>This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between <strong>$17.00– $19.00 </strong>/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
