Recruit, develop and motivate staff to provide a world class customer experience and meet or exceed client expectations.  Ensure that <strong>(city)</strong> Station has the necessary tools in place to succeed and expand their business levels in international product lines in a sustained fashion. To work with and network with AIT verticals, overseas AIT offices as well as partners to promote AIT’s strategic corporate goals and to ensure AIT <strong>(city)</strong> is the leader in providing customer solutions with our <strong>(city)</strong> station’s growth and profitability.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Support key account operations requirements and ensure service execution and reliability.</li>\n <li>Be actively involved and in front of clients to develop revenue.</li>\n <li>Work collaboratively with our AIT offices overseas as well as our global partners.</li>\n <li>Actively recruit International Operations staff within the market</li>\n <li>Support AIT’s strategy to support our “Global Triangle” and our Drive for Five Corporate strategy.</li>\n <li>Initiate dialogue with key decision makers throughout AIT organization to develop and promote AIT’s, “customer solution” and promote AIT PHL within AIT.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support field/strategic sales teams in joint calls.</li>\n <li>Regular joint sales calls with key decision makers at targeted customers.</li>\n <li>Closely work with Global product teams and designated core carriers to improve margin/buying costs.</li>\n <li>Deliver exceptional customer service throughout all stages of the process and meet operational growth targets.</li>\n <li>Ensure that the international team is continuously meeting or exceeding all corporate KPI’s.</li>\n <li>Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands deem necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>7 – 10 years’ Experience </li>\n <li><p>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent </p></li>\n <li><p>Negotiation and Procurement skills; Operational and P&L management of global products and services.  </p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to manage service execution at a high-performance level.  </p></li>\n <li><p>Teaching and mentoring in a broad global environment.  </p></li>\n <li><p>Proven track record of meeting and exceeding P&L objectives in a high-performance organization. </p></li>\n <li><p>Minimum of seven years of freight forwarding experience, with large scale air freight and ocean freight operational background desired.   </p></li>\n <li><p>Minimum of 3 years multi station P&L experience required.  </p></li>\n <li><p>Experience with diversified freight forwarding products including logistics and international product lines required.   </p></li>\n <li><p>Previous experience in negotiating and executing Freight Forwarding Carrier Agreements.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What AIT Can Offer You</h2>\n<p>In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
