    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">OBJECTIVE</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Machine Operator</span> to join our food production team. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining food processing and packaging equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. The incumbent shall be mainly responsible for machine set-up, calibration, pre-op checks and troubleshooting for daily production runs.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Education:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n<li> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Experience &amp; Skills:</span></li>\n<li>1-2 years of experience in Warehouse or Production environment</li>\n<li>Food industry experience an asset</li>\n<li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Positive attitude and team player</li>\n<li>A high degree of flexibility and willingness to work overtime as required, including evenings and weekends</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively/ability to stand for long periods of time during the workday</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><br>Perform pre-op checks and set up machines for daily production</li>\n<li><br>Conduct minor trouble shooting if required to ensure that the machine is running</li>\n<li><br>Promptly report any major issues/ problems observed with the</li>\n<li><br>Ensure that correct packaging and traceability coding are being used and that all special instructions on the Daily Production Schedule are being followed.</li>\n<li><br>Handle machine with care and take required steps to ensure that it is running efficiently at all times.</li>\n<li><br>Perform general housekeeping in work area at the end of each production</li>\n<li><br>Adhering to company Health and Safety policies and</li>\n<li><br>Other duties and projects as assigned by the Production Manager/Coordinator.</li>\n</ol>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
