They manage reservations, waitlists, and coordinate seating flow to ensure smooth restaurant operations and a positive guest experience. Additionally they support the dining room team by clearing and resetting tables, refilling water, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. They help ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for guests.</p><p>Typical shift is 11:00am-4:00pm and must have open availability during weekends and holidays.</p><p></p><p><b>Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities</b>:</p><ul><li>Assist by retrieving and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins.</li><li>Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards.</li><li>Remove used plates, glasses, utensils from table after customers are done eating.</li><li>Clean up water spills, food stains and debris from tables.</li><li>Take out trash and recycling. </li><li>Refilling paper napkins, condiments, salt, and pepper shakers.</li><li>Cleaning and bussing both The Nest &amp; Red Hawk Café dining area throughout the shift.</li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in giving directions and answering questions. </li></ul><p></p><p><b>Specific Job Skills</b>:</p><p><u>License/Certifications</u>- None</p><p><u>Technical</u>- None</p><p><u>Physical Capabilities</u>- Able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift.  Will lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally. Ability to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level is preferred. Exposed to ice/snow coming to and from work.<br /><u>Additional</u>- Strong attention to detail. Must be capable of managing and performing multiple tasks simultaneously.</p>",
