This is what sets us (and you, if you join us…) apart from the crowd.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary: $25 - $30 per hour </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain quality system procedures to achieve the company stated objectives in conjunction with and as directed by the Quality Manager</li>\n <li>To conduct all necessary communications with internal and external parties to determine and document as applicable the requirements of the work being performed</li>\n <li>To develop and maintain customer and industry specification controls and procedures needed to perform to customer purchase order requirements</li>\n <li>To provide training as directed for the NDT methods, processing procedures, quality system procedures, quality planning and corrective/preventative actions</li>\n <li>Perform the necessary examination and qualification of personnel certification programs as in the Quality Manual</li>\n <li>Assist in the nonconformance reporting, investigation and resolution in conjunction with the Quality Manager and Department Managers</li>\n <li>Assist and maintain quality planning systems that provide the proper specification and procedural information required to flow down job specific requirements</li>\n <li>Assist and monitor the effectiveness of preventative maintenance and equipment calibration programs as defined in the Quality Manual</li>\n <li>Perform the internal audits as defined by the Quality Manual</li>\n <li>Attend quality department meetings as required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills / Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Relevant work experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>Element is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
