All warehouse equipment includes, but is not limited to, forklift, and clamp truck.</li>\n <li>Load and unload trucks efficiently in accordance with department standards.</li>\n <li>Moving and transferring materials and finished goods in a high volume production environment.</li>\n <li>Support WMS functions as related to inventory and load management (IE. Pick list, PGI).</li>\n <li>Check accuracy of finished product count, product ID, order destination and carrier ID before loading any vehicle and accurately complete all required paperwork</li>\n <li>Load in/outbound finished goods using PIC sheet or direct load function on forklift.</li>\n <li>All transferring must be performed with a high degree of accuracy and accountability and in accordance with the established standard processes and procedures.</li>\n <li>Follow all Critical Safety Rules, Standards of Conduct, and plant and company practices, procedures, policies, standard work practices, truck and railcar health and safety rules, including the attendance policy.</li>\n <li>Maintain work area in an organized, safe and clean manner</li>\n <li>All duties performed with focus on safety.</li>\n <li>Know locations of and how to operate emergency stop buttons and fire extinguishers.</li>\n <li>Complete forklift checklist which includes daily inspection of forklifts.</li>\n <li>Show ability to change the forklift propane tank as needed.</li>\n <li>The job responsibilities in this position description are not all inclusive; other duties may be assigned as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Will be exposed to hot temperatures during summer months and cold temperatures during the winter months. </li>\n <li>There may be some exposure to dust inside warehouse, exposure to machine noises.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain single-task focus and situational awareness.</li>\n <li>Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. </li>\n <li>Frequent: Sitting, kneel/crawl/bend: stair climbing, carrying: 0-40 lbs for 5-10 feet, out-reaching, standing, walking</li>\n <li>Occasional: Stoop/Squat, Ladder/Steps Climbing, Bend/Twist</li>\n <li>Repetitive Use of: Wrist, Hands, Fingers, Shoulder, Elbow, Hip, Ankles, Head, Neck.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
