font-size: 10pt\">As Health &amp; Safety Manager, you will act as the lead safety authority across several large temporary construct<span>ion</span> and event overlay venues in Glasgow.<br>You will collaborate with Project Managers, Site Managers, Construct<span>ion</span> Managers and Supervisory Crew to ensure all activities are planned, delivered and monitored in line with legislat<span>ion</span>, best practice and ES Global’s established safety standards.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on posit<span>ion</span> requiring strong technical expertise, excellent communicat<span>ion</span> skills and experience managing safety in complex, multi‑contractor environments.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 18pt\">🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica\">Lead daily site safety management across multiple venues</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica\">Conduct inspect<span>ion</span>s, audits and active monitoring throughout build and dismantle phases</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica\">Review and approve RAMS, lift plans, WAH controls and technical documentat<span>ion</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica\">Support Supervisory Crew with safe execut<span>ion</span> of structural, scaffold and temporary works</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica\">Participate in and deliver Daily Activity Briefings (DABs)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica\">Monitor high‑risk activities including WAH, plant movement, lifting ops and material handling</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica\">Ensure PPE compliance and safe systems of work are adhered to at all times</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica\">Manage reporting, investigat<span>ion</span> and close‑out of incidents and near misses</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica\">Liaise with client H&amp;S teams, authorities and other contractors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica\">Maintain accurate safety records, logs and statutory documentat<span>ion</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica\">Drive a proactive safety culture across all venues</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 18pt\">💼 WHAT YOU WILL BRING</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-weight: bold\">NEBOSH General or Construct<span>ion</span> Certificate (essential)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica\">Proven experience as a Health &amp;
