As we grow, we value people ready to grow a career that makes an impact far beyond just our daily workplace.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>As a&nbsp;<strong>Parts Sales Specialist</strong>, your typical responsibilities include:</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Greet walk-in customers, respond to customer telephone calls and inquiries, sells products and/or services to meet customer needs.</li>\r\n\t<li>Process internal (inter-company) parts transfer requests.</li>\r\n\t<li>Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.</li>\r\n\t<li>Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.</li>\r\n\t<li>Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assist with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations.</li>\r\n\t<li>Keep work area and assigned warehouse areas neat, clean, and organized.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintains condition of department vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment.</li>\r\n\t<li>Participate in (annual) physical inventory</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>Requirements include:</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>John Deere Parts experience or <strong>3+ years other parts experience, preferably automotive or other comparable equipment</strong></li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Recent experience in a customer facing position with comparable volume</strong></li>\r\n\t<li>Must&nbsp;be able to obtain forklift certification and safely operate forklift if/when required</li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Strong verbal communication skills</strong></li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Attention to detail and ability to utilize computer systems for parts look up, communication with customers and vendors- prior computer experience with CDK, online parts look up in automotive/equipment industry or comparable systems required</strong></li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Basic math skills</strong></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Physical Requirements:</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Regular and timely attendance is required.</li>\r\n\t<li>Participates in all job-related training and development.</li>\r\n\t<li>Able to move objects weighing up to 60 pounds.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>Working Conditions:</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Hazards from electrical, mechanical and power equipment</li>\r\n\t<li>Risk of exposure to chemicals such as oils, antifreeze, volatile hydrocarbons, and battery acid</li>\r\n\t<li>Extremes of weather</li>\r\n\t<li>Mists, fumes and non-continuous noises of varying sound level and intensities</li>\r\n\t<li>Dust from hose saws</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>Above all, we are seeking a friendly team player who has an outstanding work ethic, a willingness to continue learning and growing personally and professionally, and enjoys contributing to a positive work environment!</p>\r\n",
