    "description_html": "<p><b>Overview<br>Third Shift from 10pm to 6am</b><br>The Production Supervisor/Manager is a key player in the RMA industry responsible for overseeing the entire production process. They manage the production team and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Our Production Manager will plan and organize production schedules, ensuring product quality and safety, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that production deadlines are met. They also work closely with other departments, such as engineering and procurement, to ensure efficient and effective production. The Production Manager must have strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and manage teams effectively, and have excellent problem-solving capabilities. They need to have a good understanding of production processes and equipment, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p><b>Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Oversee the production process from start to finish.</li><li>Develop and implement plans to meet production goals and deadlines.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate production activities to ensure maximum efficiency.</li><li>Identify and resolve production-related problems promptly.</li><li>Manage production team and monitor to ensure they follow internal processes.</li><li>Ensure the quality of the end product meets customer expectations.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and work with internal teams to order materials as needed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of production data and costs.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><b>Skill/Knowledge Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 365.</li><li>Must have hands-on experience in SAP.</li><li>Must have great interpersonal communication, collaboration and leadership skills.</li><li>Must have ability to remain flexible in a dynamic work environment.</li><li>Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, and prioritization skills.</li><li>Proven ability to function independently and be able to multi-task.</li></ul><p><b>Education and Experience</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Must have at least three (3) to five (5) years of production planning experience, in a manufacturing environment preferred.</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>",
