    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Peraton Labs</strong> is seeking an <strong>Agentic AI Business Analyst</strong> to help translate mission and business needs into operational AI-enabled workflows for a commercial Agentic AI platform. This role will sit at the intersection of mission understanding, workflow design, user enablement, and hands-on interaction with agentic systems</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This individual will help shape how the platform is applied to real-world use cases by defining user workflows, refining requirements, evaluating outputs, guiding agent behavior, and helping ensure that solutions align with mission needs. The ideal candidate brings a blend of business analysis, operational workflow understanding, data-informed thinking, and hands-on comfort working with Agentic AI tools.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with stakeholders, platform users, and technical teams to identify, define, and prioritize mission and business use cases for an Agentic AI platform</li>\n <li>Translate operational needs into structured workflows, user stories, functional requirements, evaluation criteria, and agent/task definitions</li>\n <li>Help configure, guide, and operationalize agentic workflows using natural language, structured prompts/specifications, and platform tools</li>\n <li>Serve as a bridge between end users and engineering teams by clarifying requirements, validating behavior, and helping shape usable product functionality</li>\n <li>Analyze mission processes and identify opportunities where AI-enabled automation, orchestration, or decision support can improve speed, efficiency, or outcome quality</li>\n <li>Evaluate agent outputs, workflow performance, and user feedback to refine task design, prompt/spec quality, and operational effectiveness</li>\n <li>Support creation of demos, pilot use cases, workflow prototypes, and mission-relevant solution concepts</li>\n <li>Help define and document operational procedures, user concepts of employment, workflow logic, guardrails, and success metrics</li>\n <li>Partner with engineers, researchers, and product teams to improve the usability and mission relevance of agentic product capabilities</li>\n <li>Conduct data analysis or light analytical assessment as needed to support workflow design, output interpretation, use case prioritization, or operational recommendations</li>\n <li>Support training, enablement, and user adoption of agentic capabilities across mission or business stakeholders</li>\n <li>Help ensure that platform solutions align to real operational constraints, governance expectations, and user trust considerations</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#px2026</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years with a Master's degree, or 3+ years with a PhD in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering (including Aviation), or related fields</li>\n <li>3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, mission analysis, operational analysis, product analysis, data analysis, workflow design, or related roles</li>\n <li>Strong experience translating user or mission needs into structured requirements, workflows, use cases, and actionable implementation guidance</li>\n <li>Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to understand and improve complex operational workflows</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to document requirements and present findings clearly</li>\n <li>Experience working with AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, decision-support systems, or complex workflow technologies</li>\n <li>Strong comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving product environments and helping shape practical solutions</li>\n <li><strong>US Citizenship is a requirement for this position</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Desired Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong hands-on familiarity with Agentic AI tools, prompt/spec development, workflow configuration, agent supervision, or human-in-the-loop operations</li>\n <li>Experience supporting AI product pilots, workflow automation efforts, or technology transition into operational use</li>\n <li>Experience serving as a product-facing analyst, operator, or workflow designer in a complex technical environment</li>\n <li>Familiarity with data analysis, metrics development, evaluation frameworks, or workflow performance measurement</li>\n <li>Experience working with no-code/low-code tools, orchestration platforms, or configurable workflow environments</li>\n <li>Ability to identify high-value mission use cases and translate them into realistic platform adoption opportunities</li>\n <li>Experience in mission-driven, regulated, or operationally sensitive environments where trust, traceability, and controlled execution matter</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Peraton Overview</h2>\n<p>Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
