    "description": "<h2>Subsidiary</h2>Vulcan Steel Products\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Inside Sales / Customer Service </p>\n<p>Support sales to improve their productivity by inputting bids, preparing reports, coordinating with other teams, and handling assigned accounts. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Receive bid requests from outside sales reps, input project details into the CRM software, review blueprints, and schedule estimates to be completed. </li>\n <li>Conduct brief reviews of quotes, then forward them to sales team for distribution to customers. </li>\n <li>Work with the outside sales team for lead generation.</li>\n <li>Ensuring continuity of sales operations by covering for RSM’s during vacations or other absences and assisting with open territories as required.</li>\n <li>Assist with contract receipt, review and filing. </li>\n <li>Perform an initial assessment of orders to verify the presence and accuracy of all required information and documents.</li>\n <li>Assuming primary responsibility for the management of several key accounts.</li>\n <li>Communicate on a regular basis with Market Manager </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Required: </p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)</li>\n   <li>Ability to manage and monitor the bid process daily.</li>\n   <li>Effective communication both in written and verbal form</li>\n   <li>Organized and ability to prioritize well.</li>\n   <li>Ability to travel occasionally to see customers and outside sales reps</li>\n   <li>Capable of handling difficult customers with professionalism</li>\n   <li>Willingness to relocate if needed and have the ambition to advance into a Regional Sales Manager position.</li>\n  </ul><p>Preferred:</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>4 Year College Degree in Applicable Field</li>\n   <li>Inside or Outside Sales Experience</li>\n   <li>Salesforce experience</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><em><strong>Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers.</strong></em></p>",
