          "text": "<p>We are seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor for the operations at the Dallas, TX plant. In this role, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of skilled production associates while ensuring operational excellence in safety, quality, and efficiency. <em><u>This position is within our windows and doors manufacturing business unit, Monday through Friday, 5:30pm-3am (occasional OT as needed.)</u></em></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of production associates, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.</li><li>Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, utilizing a hands-on approach to communicating and solving problems effectively.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a secure working environment.</li><li>Monitor and optimize production schedules to meet quality standards and delivery targets.</li><li>Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodology.</li><li>Coach and develop team members through regular performance feedback and training.</li><li>Review and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve operational challenges.</li><li>Maintain accurate production records and documentation.</li><li>Drive process improvements through team engagement and innovative problem-solving.</li><li>Ensure product quality through standardized work procedures and quality control measures.</li><li>Support and implement customer-focused processes aligned with organizational goals.</li></ul>",
