management, and litigation support to minimize financial exposure.</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including Fair Housing, OSHA, and company policies.</li><li>Lead risk assessments related to resident safety, property operations, vendor management, cybersecurity, and business continuity.</li><li>Analyze claims, incidents, and operational operations.</li><li>Collaborate with regional and onsite teams to promote a culture of safety, accountability, and risk awareness.</li><li>Oversee incident response, crisis management, and loss
