They will help determine IT needs and are responsible for implementing computer systems to fulfill the organization&#39;s information systems requirements. This position is responsible for ensuring all IT functions are running smoothly for a growing company. Leads and guides the work of technical staff. Plans a variety of projects and assesses business implications for each stage. Monitors progress to assure deadlines, standards, and budget targets are met. Drives ways to innovate, improve, and streamline wherever possible. This position requires exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish relationships and build rapport with internal and external customers.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>IT Project Manager Job Requirements:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">IT Project Management experience: 1 year preferred , including strong people, project, and vendor management capabilities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Health information management experience: 1 year preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in leading IT within a multi-site organization, preferably in healthcare.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of information security issues and best practices.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of telephony systems and related best practices.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advanced skill in developing tools, programs and services.
