Our growing Data department is looking for a highly motivated team player who is proactive, a problem solver, and a storyteller. You will play a key role in analyzing patterns, identifying trends, and providing insights that directly influence our product strategy and roadmap.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Act as the analytics partner for product managers from ideation through discovery, research, planning and analyzing A/B tests.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Analyze large and complex data sets using SQL and statistical methods to provide actionable recommendations for improvements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage a full data collection life cycle - define, collect and process data.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Conduct deep-dive analysis of new features and A/B tests to validate hypotheses, monitor KPIs, and measure success.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Build robust, self-served dashboards, reports, and alerting to enable data-driven decisions across the team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Conduct opportunity sizing and impact assessments to ensure the team focuses on the most meaningful features and initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Promote new tools and methods to make data-driven decisions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work closely with R&amp;D to achieve data-related goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Share and present insights and data stories to a diverse set of stakeholders, including management.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">1+ years of experience as a Product, Data, or BI Analyst (A must).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven and strong experience in SQL (A must - BigQuery is an advantage).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or an equivalent background.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Basic understanding of A/B testing and statistics.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills with various levels of management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with BI visualization tools like Tableau (Advantage).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience working for a B2C or e-commerce company (Advantage).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (Advantage).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with Python and JS (Advantage).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Role located in Ramat HaChayal, Tel Aviv.</span></p>",
