With Construction Management taking large part in the field, selected candidate will be assigned to an active project located in the Pittsburgh Area. As part of our Construction Management team, interns will assist our active project team in the following construction management duties, including:</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Construction Inspection</li>\n   <li>Quality Control and Quality Assurance</li>\n   <li>Understanding and Enforcing Safety Protocol</li>\n   <li>Read and Interpret Engineered Drawings of Multiple Disciplines&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Read and Interpret Shop Drawings&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Read and Interpret Submittals&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Material and Quantity Takeoffs</li>\n   <li>Track Production Rates</li>\n   <li>Schedule Review</li>\n   <li>Assist Construction Managers in Daily Duties</li>\n   <li>Commissioning Assistance</li>\n   <li>Change and Cost Management Assistance</li>\n  </ul>\n  <div>\n   <div>\n    <strong>What You Need to Succeed:</strong>\n   </div>\n   <ul>\n    <li>Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management required&nbsp;</li>\n    <li>Minimum of 2 years&nbsp;completed coursework in Engineering or Construction Management&nbsp;</li>\n    <li>Minimum GPA 3.0.</li>\n    <li>Ability to work and thrive in a team environment.</li>\n    <li>Ability to self-motivate and productively work with intermittent supervision.</li>\n    <li>Construction Related Field Experience preferred&nbsp;</li>\n    <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF manipulation software (Bluebeam or equivalent) is preferred.</li>\n   </ul>\n   <div>\n    <strong>Compensation:</strong>\n   </div>\n   <div>\n    The approximate compensation range for this position is&nbsp;$20 - $25 per hour. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
