These positions will work closely with the Head Athletic Trainer to support the health, safety, and performance of our student-athletes.</p>\n<p>Our sports medicine department emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and professional development. Athletic trainers will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working with competitive athletic programs while developing their clinical and leadership skills in a supportive team environment.</p>\n<p>Staff may also have the opportunity to gain additional experience and hours through <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compass Sports Performance</span>, working alongside strength and performance professionals.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Available Positions</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position 1: Football / Baseball Focus</span></p>\n<p>This athletic trainer will primarily provide coverage for:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Football (Fall Season)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Baseball (Spring Season)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Secondary responsibilities may include coverage of additional sports as needed.</p>\n<p>Opportunities for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">team travel</span> with both football and baseball programs may be available.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position 2: Basketball Programs Focus</span></p>\n<p>This athletic trainer will primarily assist with coverage for our national basketball programs, working closely with the Head Athletic Trainer to support high-level basketball athletes.</p>\n<p>Secondary responsibilities will include coverage of additional sports programs throughout the year</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide athletic training coverage for assigned sports practices and competitions</li>\n<li>Evaluate, treat, and manage athletic injuries</li>\n<li>Develop and implement rehabilitation and return-to-play programs</li>\n<li>Implement injury prevention strategies</li>\n<li>Communicate athlete health and participation status with coaching staff</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate injury documentation and treatment records</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Head Athletic Trainer and performance staff</li>\n<li>Assist with team travel when applicable</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Professional Development Opportunities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mentorship within a collaborative sports medicine team</li>\n<li>Experience working with competitive and national-level athletic programs</li>\n<li>Collaboration with strength and performance professionals</li>\n<li>Opportunities to expand experience through <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compass Sports Performance</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>BOC Certified Athletic Trainer</li>\n<li>Eligible for or currently holding Arizona athletic training licensure</li>\n<li>Current CPR/AED certification</li>\n<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work varied hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How to Apply</span></p>\n<p>Interested candidates should apply through Bamboo application portal</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
