Your role will also involve working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion is communicated effectively and consistently. Essential Extensive experience in leading and managing DEI programs in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of DEI best practices and UK-specific diversity legislation. Proven ability to influence and engage senior leadership on DEI issues. Experience developing and delivering DEI training and educational initiatives. Demonstrated success in fostering an inclusive culture across large, diverse teams. Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Desirable Experience with diversity and inclusion metrics and tools for measuring impact. Knowledge of best practices for diverse recruitment and talent development. Experience in building partnerships with external organizations to promote DEI. Relevant certifications in DEI, HR, or leadership development.
