They serve as the primary interface with the project&rsquo;s internal and external customers. They also communicate with the project manager team and provide guidance to mitigate risks and solve problems. They are responsible for securing the margin of the project.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Communicate project performance with all key stakeholders on the project</li><li>Interface with all the project&rsquo;s internal and external customers</li><li>Communicate daily/weekly with the PM team and provide guidance to solving problems</li><li>Manage and lead proposal development efforts for you and your team members</li><li>Secure the margin of the project</li><li>Other duties as assigned pertaining to project management.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office</li><li>Understanding of a ticketing system</li><li>3 plus years of previous Project Management experience required</li><li>Program Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not required</li><li>Leadership and experience driving your team to success.</li><li>Experience in the hospitality industry a plus.</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Critical thinker</li><li>Strong planning and organizational skill</li><li>Leader with high accountability, consistency and follow through</li><li>Professional demeanor particularly with clients regarding the billing and collections of each project</li><li>Any combination of experience or advanced educational degree</li><li>The ability to perform the necessary job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm<br/>40",
