This position will also service the Cross Plains Quarry as needed. The successful candidate for this position will have familiarity and experience operating articulated and/or rigid frame haul trucks and will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.</p><p><strong>JOB DETAILS:</strong></p><ul><li>Full-Time</li><li>Location: Gordonsville, TN (will also service the Cross Plains, TN quarry as needed)</li><li>Wages starting at $23.00/hr (mileage reimbursement when servicing the other location).</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Operate haul trucks to remove overburden and stripping material for quarry production.</li><li>Operate haul trucks to move shot rock the pit to the crusher and begin the crushing process, as needed.</li><li>Perform daily pre-and post- inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.</li><li>Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management.</li><li>Effective communication skills applicable to position.</li><li>Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.</li><li>Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.</li><li>Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.</li><li>Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.</li><li>Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours as needed.</li><li>Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration document.</li><li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record and Valid Drivers License required</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Dedication to safe work practices.</li><li>Previous experience operating both rigid frame haul trucks and/or articulating haul trucks preferred.</li><li>Ability to perform general laborer and clean-up duties on the ground and in the plant as needed/directed.</li><li>Pass pre-employment drug screen.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Rogers Group provides extensive benefits, strong compensation, and a safe, drug-free working environment.</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">As a Rogers Group employee, you will have access to our competitive company perks, including:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"background-color: white;
