    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.32.32/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.32.32/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><br></p><p>Cleans and sanitizes machinery, utensils and equipment used to process or store food or beverages.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong> &bull;Daily cleaning and sanitizing of food processing equipment utilizing methods such as (Clean in Place &ndash; Clean out of Place) and foaming techniques. &bull;Turn valves to drain machines or tanks and disconnect pipes. &bull;Spray machines, tanks and conveyors with water to loosen and remove dirt or other foreign matter. &bull;Scrub machines, tanks, tables, pans, flumes, tunnels and conveyors and then rinse with water prior to applying sanitizer. &bull;Scrub floors and walls as part of the Master cleaning program. &bull;Connect hoses and lines to pumps to circulate cleaning and sanitizing solution through hoses and lines. &bull;Scrub interior of disconnected pipes, valves, spigots, gauges and meters. &bull;Mix cleaning solutions and diluted acids. &bull;Collect samples of cleaning solutions for titration analysis. &bull;Report any defective machinery found to immediate supervisor.</p><p><strong>Education</strong> &bull;High school graduate or equivalent preferred</p><p><strong>Work Experience</strong> &bull;One year manufacturing/sanitation experience desirable</p><p>Skills and Knowledge &bull;Ability to read, interpret and follow written job instructions. &bull;Ability to follow and comply with quality standards. &bull;Ability to comprehend and comply with GMP rules and Food Safety guidelines. &bull;May be required to obtain and maintain valid hi-lo license. &bull;Ability to work as contributing member within the team. &bull;Ability to frequently lift/move material weighing up to 25 pounds. &bull;Ability to operate a PC (keyboard/mouse).</p><p>Environmental Working Conditions: &bull; Hazards include but are not limited to cuts from broken glass, slips, trips, falls, cuts, burns and strains. &bull; Will be exposed to extreme cold, 38 degrees or below. &bull; Depending on season may be exposed to variable temperatures including extreme hot and cold. &bull; Noise level may be moderate to high during busy times.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>It is PFI&rsquo;s policy to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees.
