This role supports daily operations by addressing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility repairs, while proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact safety, quality, or productivity.</p>\n<p>This position plays a critical role in supporting operational excellence in alignment with Sazerac standards for safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p> </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Job Description/Responsibilities</h2>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems.</p></li>\n <li><p>Troubleshoot and repair building systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure.</p></li>\n <li><p>Respond quickly to urgent maintenance requests to minimize downtime.</p></li>\n <li><p>Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support cost-saving initiatives by identifying efficiency improvements and waste reduction opportunities.</p></li>\n <li><p>Promote strong housekeeping standards and safe work practices across the facility.</p></li>\n <li><p>Partner cross-functionally to support production, quality, and operations teams.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, including TTB and other applicable governing agencies.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Expected Outcomes</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Progress toward zero recordable safety incidents.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain 99.5% defect-free product and service standards through reliable facility performance.</p></li>\n <li><p>Meet or exceed assigned KPIs and budget targets.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure full regulatory compliance at all times.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support positive culture survey results and team engagement metrics.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications/Requirements</h2>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>2+ years of facilities maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to lift, climb, bend, and work in varying environmental conditions.</p></li>\n</ul>",
