needed to ensure replenishment of products in the racks</span></span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\"><span They ensure that we are expediting and stocking wholesale products for our wholesale customers.\\r\\n\\r\\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tKnows and actively demonstrates, daily, our Company Mission Statement and our Core Values\\r\\n\\tCorrectly identifies product by sku, size, varietal, and rack bin location\\r\\n\\tMake necessary notes on invoices to show variances changes, and out of stock products\\r\\n\\tMaintains control and integrity of pull cart to ensure no product is removed until order is completely pulled\\r\\n\\tMaintain neat and orderly product rack areas while order selecting\\r\\n\\tMaintains pull cart staging area to ensure any order can be quickly verified upon checking\\r\\n\\tPack wholesale order products neatly without damage to ensure integrity of item at delivery\\r\\n\\tTag wholesale customers orders according to quantity of shipment\\r\\n\\tMaintain security and proper usage of all TABC stamps utilized for wholesale customer orders\\r\\n\\tWork with and maintain TABC stamp guns and machines\\r\\n\\tRestock supplies and utilize equipment when needed to ensure replenishment of products in the racks\\r\\n\\tInform manager/lead of out of stocks or inventory variance on all items\\r\\n\\tWork with and maintains computer equipment\\r\\n\\tAssists in prep for inventory and assist in inventory process\\r\\n\\tPractices teamwork and cooperation with coworkers\\r\\n\\tSeeks to continually improve related skills and knowledge to contribute to profitability and productivity\\r\\n\\tUndertakes responsibilities with care and attention to detail\\r\\n\\tLift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally in each shift\\r\\n\\tProperly utilize a dolly and/or pallet jack\\r\\n\\tPush or pull 50-100 pounds regularly\\r\\n\\tOther projects as assigned by management\\r\\n\\tEfficiently carrying out all the directives given by Management Team\\r\\n\\tWorking in accord with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA\\r\\n\\tShould possess time management skills and be able to prioritizes tasks and meet the demands of the day\\r\\n\\tAttendance and Timeliness is required. Wed like you to have a high school\\r\\n\\r\\ndiploma or a general education degree (GED), but sometimes, experience is the best education.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nLanguage Skills\\r\\n\\r\\nWe need you to be able to read, comprehend and write simple instructions or memos. You must be able to talk and communicate with coworkers and guests.\\r\\n\\r\\nMathematical Skills\\r\\n\\r\\nYou need the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in both whole numbers and in fractions and decimals without the aid of calculator or abacus. Counting is a major plus too as your count becomes inventory.\\r\\n\\r\\nAttitudinal and Personal Skills\\r\\n\\r\\nYou have the job. Now you need to do the job. You need to be responsible, reliable and committed to providing excellent service. Patience, friendliness and an outgoing personality are needed for success. You need to be a self-starter with a strong work ethic who completes job assignments in a timely fashion and then looks for the next task.\\r\\n\\r\\nHours\\r\\n\\r\\nFull Time is typically 40 hours per week. Must be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday and must be available 80% or more of all shifts each week.\\r\\n\\r\\nPart Time is up to 25 hours per week\\r\\n\\r\\nWe schedule for the needs of our business. Working outside of your scheduled time without Store Manager approval is prohibited. In other words, you cannot decide to make up hours because you missed some time after a night out with your buddies unless your manager oks it.\\r\\n\\r\\nReasoning Ability\\r\\n\\r\\nYou need the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Knowing when to come in from the rain is a plus.\\r\\n\\r\\nPhysical Demands\\r\\n\\r\\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
