    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Job</span></p>\n<p>This client-facing position is responsible for supporting MedAdvisor Solution’s sales, marketing, and retail groups by leading program evaluations/measurements, analytical research, and ad hoc analyses of patient adherence, awareness, and educational programs by utilizing data across communication channels.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Present research/program designs and analytical findings to pharmaceutical manufacturer clients and business partners.</li>\n<li>Design, manage, and conduct prescription drug measurements of adherence and awareness programs using statistical methodologies for pharmaceutical manufacturer clients and retail pharmacy partners in support of Sales initiatives.</li>\n<li>Using prescription- and patient- level data, conduct data analyses, data mining, and predictive modelling to inform the design, strategy, and measurement of patient programs.</li>\n<li>Provide insight to the sales organization regarding appropriate sales strategies and tactics using information and research findings.</li>\n<li>Ideate and recommend revisions/improvements to the program measurement methodologies and designs.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with and provide guidance to analysts by providing guidance in problem-solving and analytical consultation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Masters or Ph.D. in statistics, math, data science, or a related field or equivalent experience</li>\n<li>10+ years of experience</li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience in the following:\n<ul>\n<li>Data analysis/data mining</li>\n<li>Presenting consultative analytics insights to internal and/or external customers</li>\n<li>SAS, SQL, Python, R, or other statistical programming languages</li>\n<li>Exceptional communication and storytelling skills</li>\n<li>Analytical mindset with fluency in data-driven decision making.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Desired experience in the following:\n<ul>\n<li>Omni-channel promotions</li>\n<li>Pharmacy operations and patient communications/marketing</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Company Values</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate with Integrity.
