With us, anticipate engaging and challenging projects that deliver innovative solutions and value-added technologies helping power more than 38 million North American homes.</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do Day-To-Day</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides project leadership for well-defined, single product line commercial projects.   </li>\n <li>Prepares project plans/schedules/materials to achieve project quality, reliability, cost and timing objectives.   </li>\n <li>Utilizes approved project management methods and processes to execute low risk projects of existing technology and methods to meet client needs and expectations.  </li>\n <li>Provides primary interface between project team, management and client.   </li>\n <li>Coordinates multiple project activities including organizing and directing personnel, materials and equipment; utilizes team building skills to ensure satisfactory project performance.  </li>\n <li>Defines and forecasts needed skills to meet project objectives.   </li>\n <li>Manages the timely issuance and payment of customer invoices.   </li>\n <li>Expected to achieve and continue to maintain Framatome PM Certification.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Skills</p>\n<ul>\n <li>General knowledge of U.S. Commercial Nuclear Fuel products and methods.</li>\n <li>Existing US Commercial Nuclear Industry and Customer relationships</li>\n <li>Experience with complex projects and team environments</li>\n <li>General business experience, preferably in fuel commercial area</li>\n <li>General knowledge and/or experience with contracts</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree in related field</li>\n <li>Minimum of 6 years related experience, included is a minimum of 2 years of project-related experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.</li>\n <li>Advanced business and/or technical expertise in a related technical or professional capacity. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of project-related processes.   </li>\n <li>Good communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers. </li>\n <li>Good problem identification and problem resolution skills with emphasis on 'root cause' analysis. </li>\n <li>Excellent report development and presentation skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Total Rewards Package</h2>\n<p><strong>Total Rewards Package          </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Salary:</strong> $99,000 - $134,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
