You work closely with the Operations Director to ensure a strong and compliant EH&S culture.</p>\n<p>Your mission is clear: <strong>establish and drive a best-in-class EH&S program focused on ZERO incidents, full compliance, and continuous improvement</strong>.</p>\n<p>This role combines <strong>strategic thinking with hands-on execution</strong>, making real impact across both field operations and office environments.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure full compliance with all <strong>company and regulatory EH&S requirements</strong></li>\n <li>Drive a <strong>ZERO Incident culture</strong>, including Near Miss and Stop Work reporting</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain <strong>risk assessments and control measures</strong> across operations (field service, installations, maintenance, offices)</li>\n <li>Manage and improve the <strong>Contractor Management Program</strong></li>\n <li>Ensure accurate and timely <strong>EH&S reporting</strong>, including:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Incident management</li>\n  <li>Monthly H&S and environmental reporting</li>\n  <li>Inspection programs (employees & contractors)</li>\n  <li>Performance scorecards</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Ensure all required <strong>permits and licenses</strong> are in place</li>\n <li>Execute <strong>annual EH&S plans and training programs</strong></li>\n <li>Deliver EH&S performance in line with company targets</li>\n <li>Support and implement <strong>global and regional EH&S strategies</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Who Are You?</strong></p>\n<p>You are a <strong>results-driven EH&S professional</strong> who can operate both strategically and operationally.
