At EaglePicher, we will give you the opportunity to harness all that is within you with access to the latest tools, information and training.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>EaglePicher is headquartered in Joplin, MO with manufacturing and research and development facilities in Joplin, MO, Seneca, MO, Pittsburg, KS, and Southbridge, MA.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>For more information visit www.eaglepicher.com</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE POSITION</strong></p>\n<p>EaglePicher is currently looking for a custodial worker, this position performs janitorial cleaning services.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>To maintain their assigned areas with little supervision, in a safe, healthy and orderly manner as outline by the Maintenance Supervisor.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to disinfect and keep rest rooms in a safe and sanitary manner.</li>\n <li>Must be able to sweep, vacuum and dust their assigned areas in an efficient manner.</li>\n <li>Must be able to use cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, mops, dusting pole and empty trash receptacles</li>\n <li>Must be able to monitor and control maintenance supplies and relate any needs to their Supervisor.</li>\n <li>Must be able to perform periodic cleaning maintenance as so instructed by the Supervisor.</li>\n <li>Other tasks as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>U.S. Persons</li>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent GED</li>\n <li>Minimum one year janitorial experience preferred</li>\n <li>Able to lift 20 lbs. on a regular basis and 50 lbs. occasionally</li>\n <li>Must not be allergic to any chemicals used in the plant.</li>\n <li>Perform tasks that include bending, stooping and reaching</li>\n <li>Able to perform duties with minimal supervision</li>\n <li>Excellent record of attendance and reliability</li>\n <li>Able to work and contribute in team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PERKS OF BEING AN EAGLEPICHER EMPLOYEE</strong>Some of the great things about being an EaglePicher employee include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance;</li>\n <li>10 paid holidays and PTO;</li>\n <li>Matching 401K;</li>\n <li>Annual Profit Sharing;</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement;</li>\n <li>Dependent scholarship programs.</li>\n</ul>",
