Let's dive into what that means: Classification: Full-time Reporting to: Managing Partner Location: New York City, New York | Dallas, Texas | Boca Raton, Florida | San Francisco, California | Los Angeles, California Compensation: We are open to hiring candidates in our various office locations across the United States. We also receive applications from, and hire, candidates with varying levels of experience for example those who have a few years experience in a role to those who are looking to make a step up. The salary ranges on our job postings are set so as to account for these variable factors with decisions on the salary to be offered only made once we know the experience and location of our new hire. Work Authorization: Must be legally entitled to work in the United States This role helps to build high-value, long-term relationships with clients. From winning new clients through to growing existing clients you will focus on growing client engagement and revenue. You represent Brainlabs as a ‘window’ through which excellent media solutions are delivered to clients. You run the client account with flawless execution, being a key stakeholder for the client. You deliver high quality client delivery and commercial success for Brainlabs. In this rol e you will: Pitch and help win new clients in your area of sector/vertical expertise. Help deliver strategic client growth plans for your clients, growing additional client revenue by up/cross-selling Brainlabs solutions, products and services, tailored to your client vertical. Understand your client business and ensure the SOW is fulfilled. Exercise judgement in creating solutions for clients Develop your portfolio of client case studies and articles promoting Brainlabs solutions. Actively anticipate client challenges and tailor optimum solutions We’re looking for someone who: Has 12+ years experience of delivering full service media solutions to clients within your vertical specialisation. Has proven client leadership skills and already be a trusted advisor to a number of clients. Has applied knowledge of how marketing/media effectiveness links directly to business growth and financial success for clients. Is a great storyteller and presenter with proven pitch experience. Is a brilliant communicator, relationship builder and capable of translating challenges into real media solutions Is a natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients Understands full end-to-end workings of a full-service media agency and how component parts work to deliver an integrated solution.
