    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p>POSITION DESCRIPTION</p><p>Job Title: Slot Technician I</p><p>Department: Slot Performance</p><p>Reports to: Slot Technician Supervisor</p><p>FLSA Status: Non-Exempt</p><p>POSITION SUMMARY</p><p>The team member in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The Slot Technician is responsible to repair, maintain and participate in the movement of any slot related equipment.</p><p>________________________________________________________________________________________</p><p>ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>The following statements are intended as general examples of the duties of this position and are not all-inclusive for specific positions. Other reasonable duties may be assigned.</p><p>1. Interact with all guests and team members to positively influence the guest and team member experience. Demonstrate resiliency when faced with difficult situations under all types of business conditions. Work effectively and courteously with fellow team members.</p><p>2. Must be able to install locks</p><p>3. Must be able to replace and asset/address player tracking hardware and related components</p><p>4. Must be able to replace EGD peripherals (i.e. printer, bill validator, monitors)</p><p>5. Must be able to perform general maintenance and troubleshooting on EGD&rsquo;s and related components</p><p>6. Must be able to run SDS reports for the EGD&rsquo;s</p><p>7. Must be able to conduct preventive maintenance on EGD&rsquo;s and related equipment</p><p>8. Must be able to assist during the scheduled drop of EGD&rsquo;s</p><p>9. Must be able to accurately read the paytable of all platforms</p><p>10. Must be able to respond to Slot Technician floor calls and Slot Attendant floor calls when required by business volume</p><p>11. Must be responsible for repairing and maintaining all slot-related equipment on the casino floor and tech shop</p><p>12. Must be able to participate in the installation, movement, removal, and reconfiguration of EGD&rsquo;s and slot-related equipment</p><p>13. Must be able to accurately maintain proper gaming logs in order to comply with the State and internal regulations.</p><p id=\"isPasted\">14. Must have knowledge of all special events and promotional activities</p><p>15. Must be able to adhere to regulatory, departmental and Company policies in an ethical manner and require others to do the same</p><p>16. Must be able to handle routine customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to define situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel. Seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships</p><p>17. Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including nights, weekends and holidays; shifts may change based on business needs &amp; Tech Level Certification.</p><p>18. Must be able to accurately read and navigate menus on all game platforms</p><p>19.
