The Senior Manager ensures timely program execution, represents products to external and internal clients, and drives results in support of the corporate strategic plan. The Senior Manager will have responsibility for the required clinical services and for driving outcome analysis initiatives to completion. The Senior Manager is responsible for duties related to the development, implementation, outcomes reporting, and ongoing administration of Navitus’ clinical programs, reports, and edits. Find out more below!  \n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><u>How do I make an impact on my team?</u></strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide leadership, training, supervision, and strategic direction to department Pharmacists and Product Managers.</li>\n <li>Assist with the fiscal management of the department, including forecasting, budget development, staffing, and trending of programs in support of Navitus’ strategic and business initiatives. </li>\n <li>Proactively anticipate and solve population health related issues. </li>\n <li>Lead the development of new clinical programs and manage the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing programs, to keep innovation and evidence-based programs a differentiator for Navitus. </li>\n <li>Serve as a key stakeholder and decision-maker on implementation of new clinical requirements.</li>\n <li>Have strong knowledge of current standards, regulations, and guidance including CMS, PQA, and HEDIS measures and have the ability to concisely communicate that information to stakeholders and clients.</li>\n <li>Assist RPD with the accredited PGY1 Managed Care Residency Program.</li>\n <li>Support URAC and NCQA clinical initiatives and projects as needed.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>What our team expects from you? </u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharm D required.</li>\n <li>6 years clinical experience, or clinical or managed care pharmacy practice residency and four years clinical experience required.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of PBM industry, formulary management, clinical outcomes research, pharmacy claims, and managed care principles and practices desired. </li>\n <li>Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives </li>\n <li>The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>What can you expect from Navitus?</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Top of the industry benefits for Health, Dental, and Vision insurance</li>\n <li>20 days paid time off</li>\n <li>4 weeks paid parental leave</li>\n <li>9 paid holidays</li>\n <li>401K company match of up to 5% - No vesting requirement</li>\n <li>Adoption Assistance Program</li>\n <li>Flexible Spending Account</li>\n <li>Educational Assistance Plan and Professional Membership assistance</li>\n <li>Referral Bonus Program – up to $750!</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-Remote</p>\n<h2>Location : Address</h2>Remote\n<h2>Location : Country</h2>US",
