Controls Center of Excellence (GFC-</span><span>CoE</span><span>) is an enterprise-wide function that supports the Finance strategic<span> </span></span><span>objective</span><span><span> </span>of ensuring a strong financial<span> </span></span><span>controls</span><span><span> </span>environment. The function provides reasonable assurance over the key processes that<span> </span></span><span>impact</span><span><span> </span>Fidelity’s financial statements. Specifically, the GFC-</span><span>CoE</span><span><span> </span>evaluates financial controls through integrated reviews of key business units including Workplace Investing, Institutional, Wealth &amp; Retail Brokerage, Fund and Brokerage Operations &amp; Technology, Asset Management, Corporate Services, Fidelity<span> </span></span><span>Insurance Group</span><span>,<span> </span></span><span>I</span><span>nternational sites (India &amp; Ireland</span><span>)</span><span><span> </span>and advisory reviews over strategic initiatives.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p>The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$153,000 per year.  <p style=\"text-align:left\">Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.</p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\">Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
