The LBT will overlap, actively engage in the program, observe the RBT implement the program, models appropriate sessions structure, program implementations, and data collection procedures. The LBT will provide feedback to the RBT while in session.</li>\r\n\t<li>Collect competency data on the RBT to assess performance</li>\r\n\t<li>Serve as a direct line of communication between RBT and Remote BCBA.
