This position blends healthcare expertise, advanced analytics, and technical problem-solving to support strategic initiatives across clinical and operational teams.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are passionate about <strong>healthcare analytics, value-based care, and leveraging data to improve patient outcomes</strong>, this is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact within a collaborative and forward-thinking organization.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong><em><u>Key Responsibilities</u></em></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Data Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead all aspects of <strong>data acquisition, ingestion, normalization, storage, and archival</strong> across clinical, claims, payer, and operational data sources </li>\n <li>Maintain and organize data repositories in accordance with departmental naming conventions, version control, and documentation standards </li>\n <li>Monitor inbound and outbound data connections, including MFT sites, to ensure timely, accurate, and complete data delivery </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting & Performance Insights</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform advanced analytics and reporting using tools such as <strong>Excel, Power BI, and RStudio</strong> </li>\n <li>Monitor and analyze <strong>Milliman MedInsight</strong> data and reports, translating findings into actionable insights for leadership and operational teams </li>\n <li>Develop <strong>data-driven performance improvement plans</strong> aligned with payer contract specifications, supporting initiatives related to: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Quality performance </li>\n  <li>Cost management </li>\n  <li>Utilization trends </li>\n  <li>Risk adjustment </li>\n  <li>Patient attribution </li>\n  <li>Shared savings </li>\n </ul>\n <li>Respond to internal requests for information by gathering, analyzing, and presenting data in a clear and meaningful format </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Analytics Oversight & Data Quality</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee <strong>data validation and quality assurance processes</strong> to ensure accurate data representation within Epic and downstream reporting systems </li>\n <li>Conduct data audits and root-cause analyses to identify and resolve discrepancies </li>\n <li>Monitor data-sharing workflows and security processes to ensure compliance with <strong>HIPAA and organizational data governance standards</strong> </li>\n <li>Maintain and update data-sharing and security plans annually </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Apply knowledge of healthcare systems, operations, and innovation to continuously improve analytics processes and reporting impact </li>\n <li>Serve as a <strong>technical and analytics subject matter expert</strong> supporting Alo CIN initiatives </li>\n <li>Support additional organizational priorities and special projects as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Targeted candidates must have at least <strong>3 years of experience in a healthcare setting</strong>, along with experience in <strong>data science and analytics</strong>, and hold a <strong>Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Clinical Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Other Priorities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong <strong>analytical</strong>, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills </li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal <strong>communication</strong> abilities </li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to <strong>data accuracy</strong> </li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a <strong>fast-paced environment</strong> </li>\n <li>Proficiency with <strong>healthcare analytics</strong> and reporting tools </li>\n <li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams </li>\n <li>Strong technical aptitude and adaptability within evolving healthcare environments </li>\n <li>Understanding of <strong>HIPAA compliance and data governance best practices</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>At ALO, data is more than numbers on a dashboard.
