Must have the required knowledge to properly monitor, maintain, test and troubleshoot our companies HFC broadband structure and branch network design.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The Outside Plant Manager is responsible for maintaining courteous professional relationships between all BRC employees and plays a significant role in resolving system issues by working with head end staff. Will be required to inform upper management of any existing or potential issues when they arise. Other duties as assigned.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">H.S.
